Provides friendly, efficient service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining the dining room in a fast-paced BBQ restaurant. Supports both counter and table service. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of craft cocktails and bourbon preferred. Must be 21+.

Oversees daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficient workflows. This role supports staff training and promotes a positive kitchen culture.
